BeerYoga is every Tuesday! Come stretch out with us on Tuesday, June 27th, at 7 p.m. for BeerYoga. There is a $20 registration fee that covers the class and a post-yoga pint. (Make sure you get your pint ticket when you check in.) Only 40 spots for Beer Yoga, so sign up for the class HERE. (Registration will open up for this class the day of the prior class, June 20th at 8 a.m..)
What to bring & wear: Yoga mat, bottle of water and towel. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in, bend and stretch. We do yoga in the brewhouse and the temperature fluctuates depending on the weather, so make sure you wear layers.
Class description: Suitable for beginners and experienced students, this yoga class will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. You will be guided through basic and advanced yoga poses, and learn breathing techniques to help alleviate physical tension and mental stress. All levels welcome!
The Port City Tasting Room will be open until 9 p.m. to enjoy your post-posing pint.
By registering for the #BeerYoga Class at Port City, you are agreeing to the following release and waiver of liability.
I understand BeerYoga classes with abellaYoga and Port City Brewing Company may be physically strenuous and involve stretching and movement that will increase my heart rate. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of bodily injury, including death. I also understand that hands-on physical adjustments may be given during a yoga class to prevent injury and improve my understanding of the yoga postures. If I do not wish to be to touched, it is my responsibility to notify the instructor before beginning. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any claims of any kind whatsoever against abellaYoga or YOGAbella, Inc. I’d say we are pretty excited to have Ayoba-Yo join us Thursday, June 29th for a Guided Tasting of beer and biltong (South African cured meat snack). The pairing starts at 7PM in the Lighthouse Lounge. Space and quantities are limited. Tickets are $40 per person. ($20 deposit and remaining $20 at the event.) Are you a bicyclist who loves beer and lives in the DMV? Be a part of Port City’s Pedals ‘N’ Pints July LONG ride!
We heard your feedback. We heard cries of you hardcore bicyclists who wanted a longer ride before your beers. So, come out for a 9:45 a.m. ride on Saturday, July 1st, for the LONG RIDE. We’ll leave from / come back to the brewery and tackle about 30-miles round trip at about a 14-16 mile / hour pace. You’ll work up a thirst and return to plentiful brews and Rocklands Barbeque and Grilling Company food truck.
The amazing team down the street from Bicycle Pro Shop will be out with basic tools to assist riders with small repairs and on hand during the ride to assist with any mechanical issues.
All participants will need to sign a waiver beforehand. All riders must wear helmets.
Port City Bike Jerseys and performance Pedals ‘N’ Pints shirts will be available for sale before and after the ride.

The 4th Annual Port City Old Town Pub Crawl is coming Saturday, July 8th! No registration, tickets, or purchase necessary to participate. Show up at any participating venue between 2-3 p.m. to receive your Pub Crawl Passes.
It will be an open-house-type crawl, meaning you can visit participating bars and restaurants in any order; find the Port City team at each location to get your pass stamped. The reward for visiting all of the stops will be a limited-edition pint glass, while supplies last. You will have until 5:30 p.m. to get your pass stamped by a PCBC staffer at:
Bring your completed pass to Union Street Public House or Blackwall Hitch from 5 to 6 p.m. to pick up your limited-edition pint glass from PCBC staffers.
Please show up with happy faces and an appreciation for local, craft beer! There will be drink and food specials, but it also will be hot. Please STAY HYDRATED and DRINK RESPONSIBLY! Designated drivers also are eligible for the pint glass prize and encouraged to attend!
Remember that cash is helpful, be kind to your waitstaff, support local beer, and be nice to your DD, Uber/Lyft driver, or fellow Metro riders.
