Summer Flow Yoga

Dust off your hawaiian shirts, grab your yoga mat, and prepare to sweat as you join us at Port City Brewing for the return of our Summer themed yoga flow, followed by delicious craft beer. We’re keeping the sunny vibes strong with a mix of tunes from DJ Thunder Bunny, to include your favorite road trip songs, summer hits of the 90s, and other crowd pleasers.  Each $30 ticket includes an all-levels mindful movement experience, a beer, and rays of fun.

Yoga taught with love and laughs by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, and owner of eat.YOGA.drink., bringing traditional yoga experiences to nontraditional spaces. Registration implies acknowledgement and acceptance of the eat.YOGA.drink., LLC., Liability Waiver for you and your guests.
