On Friday July 7 we are releasing our Star Sailor. The Tasting Room opens at noon and Borinquen Lunch Box will be our food truck starting at 4pm. Star Sailor will be available on draft and in 16oz 4-packs for off premise enjoyment.

About the event
On Friday July 7 we are releasing our Star Sailor. This year, we have changed the recipe and removed the wheat, so Star Sailor is no longer a White IPA. Journey into an unknown universe with Star Sailor; an Intergalactic IPA like no other. Star Sailor is an exploration into the boundless style category of IPA. We are strapping in Citra, Simcoe, Pekko, and El Dorado hops on our cosmic journey this year.
