About the event
Lovers of our Pizza Night amber lager, get ready! We partnered with local hot sauce company, Bradshaw Sauce Co., to create two hot sauces perfect for just that - Pizza Night! The first one is called Zauce: perfect for a slice of Pizza and made with Habanero peppers, Fresco peppers, and a variety of spices. We debuted this in 2024 at our first Pizza Party night and have been itching to bring it back.
While Zauce was a huge hit, some folks were searching for a little more spice. Thus, Hot Zauce was made! The addition of Calabrian Chili Peppers kicks this version up a notch for those more daring.
Bradshaw Sauce will be at Port City on Friday, May 15th from 4-7pm with their full array of sauces. Both Zauce and Hot Zauce, along with their Lenny's Porter BBQ Sauce, will be on sale in the Tasting Room while…
