About the event
Join us as we release our Integral IPA. Integral IPA is part of our Occasional Series,in which we highlight playful hop forward styles, exploring with different brewing grains but still focused on showcasing an enjoyable hop flavor. In Integral we utilize Simpson's Golden Naked Oats to create a smooth mouth feel and subtle notes of stone fruit.
Integral® IPA is a West Coast style IPA all about big, complex aromas, coaxed from some of Port City’s favorite new school hops. A refined, dry body serves as the golden-hued canvas for layers of hop character – think tropical, juicy and hop bitterness. One can thank Port City’s patented dry-hopping mechanism know as the HopZooka® for the beer’s bold hop characteristics!
The tasting room opens at noon and our food truck, Borinquen Lunch Box, is scheduled to start serving around 4pm.
