Friday, January 3rd will mark the return of staff favorite, il Palio!
Inspired by the famed Palio di Siena, a historic horse race that dates back to the 17th century, il Palio, an Italian Pilsner, embodies the essence of this thrilling competition. The beer pours a brilliant straw blonde, hopped with Saphir and Adeena hops, the aroma and flavor is a rhythmic blend of citrus and herbal notes.
5% abv.
il Palio will be available on draft and in 16oz cans (to-go).
