Hot Sauce & Beer Pairing

It's time to spice things up! Join Port City Brewing Company and Bradshaw Sauce Company on May 8th for a hot sauce and beer pairing. We will slowly increase the heat starting with "Ember", their most approachable sauce with Red Bell Peppers, and end with "Red Bandana", made with freshly harvested Ghost Peppers, Carolina Reapers, and Fatalii Peppers. Don't worry, chicken wings, crackers, and plenty of beer will be available to balance your palate. For those daredevils in the room, we will have a specialty bottle of "Supernova" made with an irresponsible amount of Dragon’s Breath peppers available to try at the end of the evening.
