About the event
Celebrate the anniversary of our Hopzooka's dry hop patent with pint specials on all of beers that depend on our Hopzooka for bursting hop flavor. On Tuesday, April 5th all of our Hozooka beers will be discounted ($2 off) in our Tasting Room!
Here's a little about the Hopzooka: Our brewing team was looking for a way to reduce oxygen pickup in our fermenting beer. After lots of experimentation and refinement, we had the Hopzooka, our patented technology (US Patent No. 9,303,241) that uses C02 to force hops into the fermenter without exposing the beer inside to oxygen. The result is a better beer with fresher, longer-lasting hop character.
