About the event
On Friday July 1, 2022 we celebrate 10 years since ‘The Freedom of the Pint’. July 1, 2012 is an essential day in the history for Port City, as well as craft beer in the Commonwealth of Virginia; it marked the first time we were able to serve full 16-ounce pints of our libations in the Tasting Room!
To mark this historic day, we will be featuring throwback prices, $5 pints, ALL DAY LONG. Additionally we will be tapping a few of our small batch barrel-aged beers to celebrate the occasion.
The Tasting Room will be open from 12-10pm. Barrel-Aged beers will be available for onsite consumption only and while supplies last. We have invited Bun'd Up to be our food truck for the evening and Daddy G's Salsa will be serving chips, queso and salsa. Jonny Grave will be performing live music from 7-9pm.
We look forward to seeing all your friendly faces who we have had the pleasure of serving pints to at the brewery for the last 10 years!
