Earth Day Trivia

Hello friends, this April Port City Trivia will be coming back down to Earth.  We will plant our roots in the Beer Garden and embrace our animal instincts as we explore a world of wild wonders through the majesty of Trivia.  Don't forget your bear repellent because it's time for Earth Day Trivia!

The Tasting Room opens at 3 p.m.Trivia starts at 7 p.m. Come match wits with your craft-beer drinking comrades in an effort to attain the coveted title of “Port City Trivia Champion.” Teams are limited to no more than 6 seedlings. Your host, and amateur marsupial trainer, Sean, will come prepared with a forest of facts to test your worldly knowledge of life on Earth.  We will also be joined by our friends from The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention who will be the recipent of all funds raised from the event.

Established in 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education, and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.

AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.  AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies:

• Funding scientific research
• Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention
• Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention
• Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide
