Come join E60 Fitness as they provide a pop-up workout class at Port City Brewing. E60 Fitness is NoVa's local fitness studio that provides proprietary and comprehensive group training. In this class, one of E60's dedicated fitness experts will guide you through resistance based exercises deployed in supersets and circuits in a total body workout. Earn your beer with this one-of-a-kind gut-busting, muscle-building experience.
Attendees are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat for the event.
The $20 registration fee covers class fees and a post-work out pint.
