About the event
Port City and the DC Food & Beverage Collective (DCFBC) are teaming up again to deliver a fun filled event of beer, cheese, and charcuterie! The event will start with a grain to glass brewery tour where you will experience a behind-the-scenes educational journey. See the science; learn the history; smell the mash. Then we will adjourn amongst the tanks and DCFBC will walk you through a 6 beer and cheese pairing. Feel free to come early or stay after to enjoy the taproom!
Tickets include a grain to glass brewery tour and a (full) souvenir glass, in addition to the beer and cheese pairing. Seating is first come first served. $50 for non-members, $40 for DCFBC members.
