Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Release Party

Last year, we introduced Monkspell to our seasonal offerings. From that day, it has been begging for the added notes only a barrel can provide. When Drew, our Barrel Aging Master, sourced a Chardonnay barrel, we knew it was a match made in heaven.

Join us on Friday, June 5th for the release of our newest Barrel Aged Reserve! Aged for 45 days in a Chardonnay barrel, this offering of Monkspell provides the familiar Belgian tripel spicy, fruity, and herbal flavor with the crisp and refreshing dryness of a Chardonnay. Notes of pepper, clove, and citrus from the beer pair wonderfully with the vanilla, oak, and pear from the Chardonnay for a rich, full bodied, crisp, and unique barrel aged beer.
