Join us on Friday, May 17th for the next release of our Brewers' Cut Series.
Inspired by the hop heavy West Coast IPA’s when craft beer was coming into its own, this Brewer’s Cut release was brewed with 100% pilsner malt for a light body and well balanced mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade, Chinook, and Strata, these hops give this beer a dank aroma of bright citrus & pine and flavors of grapefruit, resin, pine, with a lingering bitterness.
This series is designed to showcase the talent and creativity of our brewers, and excite our patrons with small batch, rotating options that can be enjoyed only in the tasting room.
