About the event
We are excited for our 8th Annual Old Town Pub Crawl and the return to an in-person event! This year Port City and our participating partners will be doing things a little differently, extending our dates to present three unique one day pub crawl events. The crawls will be held in Old Town Alexandria on Saturday, September 11th, 18th, and 25th. Each day will feature four restaurants and/or pubs, an exciting selection of ales and lagers, a commemorative pint glass and shirt, and some small surprises along the way. Our goal is to keep the annual tradition going in 2021, creating a more personalized and hands-on experience - with hopes of having our larger pub crawl back next July 2022. We will be working closely with our participating partners to ensure safety is the top priority, and your patience and understanding is much appreciated with our adjusted format in 2021. Tickets are required and space is limited so be sure to secure your spot today! General Information: Due to limited space and so we can provide everyone with a fair chance to experience our pub crawl, we ask that each “crawler” limit themselves to one pub crawl event date. For each pub crawl event, “crawlers” are guided to four of Old Town’s restaurants and pubs with a Port City staff member. On each date, there will be four groups of 25 “crawlers,” each group starting synchronously at a different restaurant and / or pub. These are planned to be four-hour tours, which means you will spend about 50 minutes at each location with a 10-minute travel window by foot.
