MVP AT THE BREWERY

THE HOPZOOKA

Our head brewer Jonathan Reeves was looking for a way to reduce oxygen pickup in our fermenting beer, so he started tinkering. After lots of experimentation and refinement, we had the Hopzooka, our patented technology (US Patent No. 9,303,241) that uses C02 to force hops into the fermenter without exposing the beer inside to oxygen. The result is a better beer with fresher, longer-lasting hop character.
