OUR TEAM

Great Beer Starts with Great People

It takes talented, dedicated people to make a great beer (and pour a great pint). Hands down, our most important ingredient — before the top-notch malts and highest quality hops — is our people. Our team of passionate Brewers and Beer Guides love craft beer just as much as you do. Together, we’re proud of the hand-crafted beers that we brew, and we’re excited to share them with you.

MVP AT THE BREWERY

THE HOPZOOKA

Our head brewer Jonathan Reeves was looking for a way to reduce oxygen pickup in our fermenting beer, so he started tinkering. After lots of experimentation and refinement, we had the Hopzooka, our patented technology (US Patent No. 9,303,241) that uses C02 to force hops into the fermenter without exposing the beer inside to oxygen. The result is a better beer with fresher, longer-lasting hop character.
