THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER RETURNS TO BOURBON STEAK
Washington, DC (July 30, 2012) – This August, BOURBON STEAK is bringing back its popular “Dog Days of Summer” special - an off-menu hot dog and pint of beer available Sunday through Thursday during regular dining hours at the bar and lounge. Beginning Wednesday, August 1, 2012 guests can enjoy a Red Apron Butchery hot dog paired with a pint of Port City brew, for just $9. The last day of this promotion will be Thursday, August 30, 2012.
This year, Executive Chef Adam Sobel will offer guests two distinctive hot dog choices – the popular Red Apron half-smoke with traditional toppings and a corn dog version of the local butcher shop’s cheddar dog.
Fans of local producers will appreciate the restaurant’s commitment to promoting area craftsmen as much as possible, with their pairing of Northern Virginia-based Red Apron’s artisanal hot dogs and beer from Port City Brewing Company, a craft brewery located in Alexandria, Virginia.
This offer is available in the bar and lounge Monday-Thursday from 11:30 AM – 11:00 PM and Sunday from 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
